“Caldeirada” is a typical Algarvian dish which consists of stewed fish and sea food with potatoes, onions ,tomatoes, pimentos, spices wine and olive oil.
A number of local restaurants, including our Por do Sol Restaurant participate, and as well as serving Caldeirada also have other typical fish dishes available.
This year’s event promises to be extra special, as it will coincide with the festival of St. John on 23rd June.
