Dear Sir,

My wife and I have just spent 2 weeks holiday at Hotel Garbe ( Mr & Mrs R. Harrison 29th April to 13th May Room 201)

We are 'E' Mailing to congratulate you on an exceptionally well run Hotel.

We wish to bring to your notice the friendliness, courtesy and helpfulness of your Reception Staff especially Claudia Grimberg, without whose help
we would certainly not have enjoyed our holiday so much. You are very fortunate to have staff of this caliber who advance the reputation of the Hotel.

Praise can also be given to the Room Service staff where our room was serviced to a high standard and the facilities were 1st Class.

Small things show the quality of hotels, for instance, we were having breakfast in the restauraunt and noticed one of your guests dropped her knife
which she picked up and was about to wipe it with her serviette but waiter Paulo Renato immediately took the knife and replaced it with a clean one.

All the facilities and the attitude of your staff point to a well run hotel which we will recommend to any of our friends who wish to visit the Algarve.

There is no doubt that we will be coming back to the Algarve and also without doubt we shall stay at your Hotel
