On Friday, 26th, Saturday, 27th and Sunday, 28th June Armação de Pêra will host the eleventh Festival da Caldeirada.“Caldeirada” is a typical Algarvian dish which consists of stewed fish and sea food with potatoes, onions ,tomatoes, pimentos, spices wine and olive oil.
A number of local restaurants, including our Por do Sol Restaurant participate, and as well as serving Caldeirada we will also have other typical fish dishes available.
Hotel Garbe will serve its ´Caldeirada feast` for lunch or dinner daily through the festival and both hotel guests and local residents are invited to join the celebrations.
