Living Alentejo

John has spent most of his life with a camera in his hand, documenting the life and scenery around him.

Living in the Alentejo gives him a unique window into a world of rapid change. From shepherds tending their flocks to high tech stage shows he documents everyday life in the villages, from the western coast to the golden plains, highlighting the changing seasons.

This exhibition gives the viewer a close up of the very real life in rural Portugal.
